Hello and welcome. My name is Lucy and I am certified in Sound Therapy, Aromatherapy, as well as hold a certificate as a Reiki Grandmaster and Reiki Master-Teacher practising in Montreal, Canada. I use ancient healing techniques that have never truly disappeared. They are enjoying a resurgence as we all seek more gentle and natural practices for healing anxiety and stress, as well as to experience deep relaxation in the mind and body to activate our own inner healing mechanisms. My clients will vouch for that!
I provide sessions for chronic pain management, illness or injury recovery, stress management and overall well-being management. My practice has expanded lately and I now provide spiritual counselling, personal development and Life Path Paving®. Naturopath receipts from the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada are provided.
I am also trained in Tibetan vibrational massage, past life regression, and sound therapy using voice. As a classically trained vocalist, I found adding sound therapy to my work elevates it just that much more. Currently, I lead my unique Healing Song Guided Meditation® in Montreal’s West Island district although I offer circles at various locations. Currently, I am preparing a program for seniors to introduce them to the benefits of meditation with sound therapy. My mom, God bless her soul lived to 102 and knew very well the impact of quiet time on her life. Whether they live in retirement homes or enjoy membership at a community centre, I am ready to visit and get the “quiet” party started!
